About the firm
We keep the record straight so you can move forward
Books Pro Advisor LLC is a remote-first accounting and financial advisory practice. We work with U.S. business owners who are past the spreadsheet stage and need their numbers to be genuinely dependable.
Most owners do not come to us because they love accounting. They come because a lender asked for statements they could not produce, or a filing deadline arrived with the books three months behind, or a business decision came down to a number nobody could vouch for.
Our answer to all three is the same: build a reliable record first. When transactions are categorized consistently, accounts are reconciled on schedule, and the close follows a documented process, the reporting stops being an argument and starts being a tool.
From there the conversation changes. Instead of reconstructing what happened last quarter, we can talk about what the margins are telling you, how long the cash lasts, and what the next hire actually costs. That is the whole point of keeping good books — and it is why our promise is accurate books, informed decisions.

What we hold to
Principles that survive a busy month
Standards only matter if they hold when the workload spikes. These are the ones we do not trade away.
Accuracy first
Every number we report is reconciled and traceable to source documentation. If we are not certain, we tell you.
Clear communication
Plain-language reporting from people who answer their email. No jargon walls, no month-long silences.
Consistent process
The same close checklist runs every month, so your reporting stays comparable and nothing quietly slips.
Discretion
Your financial records are handled under strict confidentiality and secure, access-controlled systems.
How we work
From first call to a steady monthly rhythm
Four stages, no ambiguity about what happens next or what it costs.
- 01
Discovery call
A short conversation about your entity, systems, volume, and where things currently break down. No cost, no obligation.
- 02
Books review
We look at your existing records and give you a written assessment: what's accurate, what needs cleanup, and what it will take.
- 03
Onboarding
We set up access, agree the chart of accounts, document your workflows, and bring historical books current.
- 04
Monthly rhythm
Books closed on a fixed schedule, statements delivered with commentary, and a standing line open for questions.
Why us
What you get that you would not get elsewhere
One team, not a handoff chain
The people who close your books are the people who explain them. Nothing gets lost being passed between a bookkeeper, a reviewer, and an advisor who have never spoken.
A close checklist, every month
Reconciliations, accruals, and reviews follow the same documented sequence each period. That is what makes month-over-month comparisons meaningful.
Built for U.S. reporting
Our work is prepared to U.S. GAAP conventions and structured the way American banks, lenders, CPAs, and investors expect to receive it.
Cost of an offshore team, standard of a local one
Operating from India lets us staff engagements properly at a fee that a small U.S. business can actually sustain — without thinning out the review.
Work with a firm that sweats the details.
Tell us where your books stand today. We will be straight with you about what needs fixing and what it takes to keep them right.
